ADC*RO: These were the most creative ads/ideas in April

The most creative April idea, according to ADC* Romania members, was realized by Ruxandra Papuc (Senior Copywriter) and Daniel Strugariu (Senior Art Director) of McCann Worldgroup Romania. The campaign „In roaming, ca acasa” (In roaming, like at home) was thought for the brand Vodafone Romania that launched the option of using, without extra costs, the national minutes and data benefits in all the EU countries, plus Iceland, Lichtenstein and Norway.

“Roaming. A classic communication theme in the telecom TV panel that generated campaigns with soft messages and cliche executions. Vodafone comes with a fresh, insightful approach and with a memorable execution that stands out in the cliche of immediate connection between those outside the country and those left at home or the emotional mix of those arias. Just take a look at how the “roaming power” can be expressed in a truly emotional manner,” said Liviu Țurcanu, Creative Director Mercury 360 & ADC*RO member.

Second place went to the Marks team formed of Daian Man (Art Director) and Sabina Stanciucu (Copywriter) for the campaign “Livram Emotii” (We deliver emotions), created for FAN Courier. Therefore, the media space bought by FAN Courier in DOR magazine was offered to the people in order for them to use it to tell their stories and the delivering firm took upon itself to bring them to the destination, no matter how far away they would be. DOR’s no 4 cover contains now three stories, three soulful messages of some people that were challenged to choose an important person in their lives to whom to write something simple and sincere, with love.

For the third position, the ADC*Romania members chose the campaign Transylvania Beyond – Prince Charles created by Adrian Docea, Art Director and Marius Pop, Copywriter from Heraldist & Wondermarks. The news that Prince Charles is a descendent of Vlad The Impaler and that he could become Prince of Transylvania appeared on Daily Mirror.

The April’s accolades went to:

– Earth Hour 2017: Discovery Channel Romania and WWF Romania (Black Sheep). The team that worked on the project is formed by Diana Papuc, Art Director and Marius Matei, Copywriter.

– Ursus – #inseparabili (#inseparables) (Graffiti BBDO). The team was: Ana Romila, Art Director and Alex Badarau, Senior Copywriter.

-Telekom Romania – #NETLIBERARE (Leo Burnett Romania / Publicis One). The team on the project: Victor Trifan // Alin Badiu // Ion Ludosanu // Dinu Gojan // Alexandru Covrig – Art Directors and Andreas Aron // Sebastian Romano // Catalin Stanciu – Copywriters
