Ioana Marzac – Sigarteu appointed regional vice president IAA Young Professionals for Eastern Europe

IAA Young Professionals (YP), the young professionals in marketing and communication organization, has a new leading team globally, formed of five regional vice presidents.

The International Advertising Association (IAA) has appointed Ioana Marzac – Sigarteu as regional young professionals vice president for the Eastern Europe. Therefore, she gets the global role after she coordinated the local IAA Young Professionals Romania Chapter for the last three years.

“The local IAA Chapters developed strong leaders that are on the point of creating unique experiences and we are delighted to have them alongside us in order to shape the way we are sharing the study cases, making therefore easier the learning, the networking and the events, at a global level,” said Felix Tataru, chairman and president Global IAA.

The new team, chosen from the leaders of the local YP locale communities, will act as a hub full of resources for the IAA Young Professionals Chapters in every coordinated area. Marzac is at the moment social media manager SEE at Samsung Electronics Romania and has a 10 years’ worth of experience in marketing and communication in industries such as IT or finance.

She was awarded as Young Leader during the IAA Inspire Awards 2015 Gala.
