Within months of the inauguration of Adora Pipera residential project, an investment by Patron Capital British fund, a quarter of the 76 apartments available have been contracted, company representatives say.

With prices below the level of EUR 600 per square meter, Pipera Adora housing prices range between EUR 67,000 for two bedroom apartments, EUR 59,000 for one bedroom apartmentsand EUR 45,000 for double studios.

Adora Projects started in 2013 with Adora Urban Village in southwest Bucharest, and continued with the launch of Adora Park in Arad and Adora Forest in Timisoara. Over 90 percent of units in Adora Urban Village and more than half of the Adora Park Arad apartments have been sold to date.

Adora Pipera kept the concept of intelligent interior partitioning launched by Adora Urban Village which brings an extra room with multiple functionality included in the price while maintenance costs do not exceed those of the apartments anywhere in Bucharest.

According to its architects, the project has been designed for a very versatile subdivision – two apartments can be merged without affecting the integrity of the structure. Representatives say that Adora Pipera addresses a new segment of residential customers who have requirements above average in terms of price / quality ratio, privacy, and smart subdivision.

“We developed the Pipera residential complex designed for an audience more exclusive regarding preferences for materials used, the modularity of the apartments, easy access to the airport and A3 motorway and, not least, intimacy,” says Andreea Hamza, Adora director of marketing and sales.

Adora is a real estate investment by British fund Patron Capital, managed by real estate developer and property manager Tagor.
