Adora, residential projects administered by Tagor, with investment from British fund Patron Capital, post advances in sales across all development sites, company representatives announce.

Works on the Adora projects started in 2013 with Adora Urban Village in Bragadiru (SW of Bucharest), followed by Adora Park in Arad and Adora Forest in Timisoara in 2014, and enede with Adora Pipera in Bucharest in 2015.

In Bragadiru, two-bedroom apartments and studios have been fully sold, only one-bedroom units remaining available. The Arad site posted an 85 percent of units being sold, with studios and one-bedroom apartments still available. In Timisoara, some 40 percent of apartments have already been taken, with all unit types still available for sale. The final project of the company, in Pipera, also reported 20 percent of units being sold or reserved.

The market has changed and customers have changed their attitude, being more motivated to close the process of buying somewhat faster than a year ago. We are fully confident in the recovery of the property market this year, which would represent a wonderful context for launching the next phase for our projects,” explained Andreea Hamza, marketing director for all Tagor administered projects.

Adora residential projects offer a differentiating feature, with apartments including a mini-room which can be used as a hobby room, a playroom, office or guest room, depending on needs.
