Construction works start on Olympus Residence in southern Bucharest

Premier Imobiliare announced the start of construction works for Olympus Residence, a residential complex in southern Bucharest to be delivered in phases.

The first phase is designed to be delivered in December this year and will comprise a building of six floors, with 86 apartments (from studios to three-bedrooms). The building will have two sections and the last floor will have four penthouses for each section.

Prices in the residential complex will go from EUR 21,500 and reach up to EUR 95,000. Olympus Residence will include a sports field, playground for children, landscaped streets and sidewalks, barrier-controlled access, green spaces, parking.
