“From specialist to leader” – Think Leadership fourth edition

For two days, on June 20 -21, Impact Hub Bucharest will host the fourth edition of Think Leadership. The event is created for professionals with 4-7 year experience in fields like marketing, sales, finance, logistics or human resources that have or want to reach a leadership position.  

Some of the sessions that will take place on Saturday and Sunday are:

  • Challenges in taking decisions – this session will have as guests 2 representatives of Maastricht School of Management Romania: Radu Atanasiu and Dorina Surugu, who will present the most frequent challenges that we have in taking decisions, with examples from the economic behavior and with practical tests.
  • Intern System of Talent Management – panel discussion with Human Resources Specialists such as Maria Dinu, talent manager for Coca-Cola HBC Romania, Magdalena Cring, HR director of L`Oréal Romania, Marinela Barbulescu, HR lead at Unilever and Corina Neagu, moderator of the panel.
  • Development Workshops supported by Coca-Cola HBC Romania, Trainart, Equatorial, CUT-e and Business Models Inc Romania.
  • Inspire Leadership Conference, attended by Gilles Antoine, general director of L`Oréal Romania, Ionut Craciun, key account operational manager at Coca-Cola HBC Romania, Grigore Pana, CIB director of BRD Groupe Societe Generale and Ionut Ilie, customer development director for Unilever.
