Tarom’s board of administration has appointed Heinrich Vystoupil as CEO of Tarom. Vystoupil is a former head of the Austrian Airlines representative office for Romania and the Republic of Molodova. Dan Pascariu, the president of the UniCredit Tiriac Bank, will be the president of Tarom’s board of administration.
The board of administration has four committees: the Audit Committee, where Ciprian Ladunca is president, and Lucian Iasar and Dan Pascariu are members; the Corporate Governance Committee, where Marius Ghenea is president, and Dumitru Prunariu and Valentin Macec are members; the Operational and Safety Committeee, where Dumitru Prunariu is president and Valentin Macec and Heinrich Vystoupil are members; and the Financial and Risk Administration Committee, where Lucian Iasar is president, and , Ciprian Ladunca and Dan Pascariu members.
Romanian airline Tarom is the first state-owned company in Romania to benefit from private management.
