Investment fund V7 Capital launches Pluria.ro, a benefits portal for employees

Investment fund V7 Capital, owned by 7card founders Andrei Cretu and Iulian Circiumaru launched Pluria (www.pluria.ro), a benefits portal for Romanian employees.

The portal offers Romanian employees access to hundreds of disounted offers grouped in over 14 categories of products, including tourism, healthcare, retail, sports and leisure, and more. Offers can be customized and can be downloaded from the app that is avalilable both via desktop and smartphone.

V7’s initial investment stands at around EUR 100,000. In the period after the launch, employees of several companies that showed interest in the platform. Moreover, the platform can be used as a solution for increasing the employees’ loyalty and customer retention.

„The platform was designed as a benefit for employees, as an instrument to make them loyal, but also of the clients of large Romanian companies,” said Andrei Cretu, co-founder of V7 Capital investment fund.

According to Pluria creators, the platform’s subscription system is flexible. Partners have free access to Pluria, as well aș the NGOs, while for employers the costs are minimal. „Pluria helps companies create workplaces where employees feel involved and appreciated, motivated to reach the best results, contributing this way to a better retention. Moreover, it also becomes a platform for recommendations in real time,” Iulian Circiumaru, V7 Capital co-founder explained.
