The Romanian Department for Small and Medium Enterprises, the Business Environment and Tourism announced the signing of eight projects submitted as part of the call for applications for ”Subsidized Open Positions” via POSDRU (Sectoral Operational Programme Human Resources Development).
”With the help of these projects, with EUR 40 million, approximately 6,400 new workplaces will be created for young graduates. As we promised, starting July 1, we will start to implement these projects,” said Florin Nicolae Jianu, minister for SMEs, the Business Environment and Tourism.
The subventions in total value of EUR 40 million awill go to companies that will be hiring young high-school and university graduates, class of 2014.
The financial aid will cover the payment of a net salary of RON 900 for graduates with high-school studies, and RON 1,300 for graduates with higher education, for at least 6 months and at most 12 months.
