PwC Romania launched this year’s edition of the PwC Career-Boosting Game,a recruitment processbased on the gamification concept, according to an announcement by the company. The competition, which targets students and graduates interested in a career in professional services, proposes the use of game thinking and game mechanics in a real context, in the business environment.

The participants will take part in a team-based competition, ending May 12, in which they will discuss macro and micro-economic topics, will interact on Facebook, will take part in personal development workshops and will get to know PwC professionals, with the help of whom they will complete their projects.

The best teams will be awarded cash prizes and some of the participants could be selected for an internship program or recruited for junior consultant positions within PwC Romania, the company says. It is estimated that up to 150 students and graduates will be selected through this program.

However, those who preffer the traditional selection processcan apply online at the www.pwc.com/jobs website, after which, those selected will be invited for tests and recruitment interviews.
