3Pillar Global will hire 100 IT experts for its centres in Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara and Iasi. The strategy of the IT services company focused its growth strategy on the potential of Romania’s university centres and the training of young It specialists.

After expanding their operations in Romania by opening the third centre in Iasi, 3Pillar Global continues its expansion in Romania by opening new positions for experts that will join the company’s existing Romania-based 500 employees. The company will reach over 1,000 employees at a global level and 600 in Romania.

The positions are open to experienced software engineers that want a greater exposure to complex software products. The company is looking for engineers with skills used in developing web apps (Java, Python, Ruby on Rails, Front End) and mobile (iOS and Android) as well as experience in testing.

“Romanian centres are very well ranked within the company, that is why the growth strategy of 3Pillar Global focuses on expanding these offices.  We didn’t choose Iasi accidentally to expand our activity, where we already have an operational centre with more than 30 experts,” Adrian Garbe, HR Director within 3Pillar Global Romania said. “The educational component is extremely important for us and it remains a priority. And in 2018 we will continue to support actively the events dedicated to the industry, but also to organise our own events focused on the newest IT technologies. If last year we managed to hire over 180 engineers and experts, certainly the results are owed to the time and money investment in education, our objective being that to become one of the most important IT employers in the biggest university centres we are active in,” Garbe said.

Out of the 850 staff the company employs globally, 300 are located at Cluj-Napoca’s The Office, 150 in City Business Centre Timisoara and 30 in the Moldova Centre in Iasi. The company develops software solutions for companies active in the media, education, health, financial and security sectors.
