Adobe to increase local headcount by 10 pct in 2016 to over 500 people

Adobe has 450 employees in Romania and aims to overpass the level of 500 employees, the vacancies being especially in engineering, says the company. Adobe had last year global revenues of USD 4.7 billion, with almost 20 percent more than in 2014 and over 60 percent more than in 2009.

“We are looking for specialists from all levels in Cloud and Big Data areas, as the campus has developed very much to software-as-a-service (SaaS) area of Adobe – Marketing Cloud and Creative Cloud. Unlike the local subsidiaries of many multinational companies that are active in IT, we don’t provide support, but development, research, we actively work on the known products from Adobe portfolio. The opened positions are both for juniors and seniors,“ said Cris Radu, director of Adobe Romania.
