Andreea Hamza (Hagag Development), confirmed speaker at BR’s Realty Forum

Andreea Hamza, director of sales and marketing at Hagag Development Europe, will speak during the 17^th edition of Realty Forum, the leading Romanian real estate event organized by Business Review on June 19 at Sheraton Bucharest Hotel.

The forum will bring together industry professionals and consultants alike to find out their take on how the market is evolving and their forecast on the segments promising the highest profits in 2018 and beyond that.

Earlier this year, real estate developer Hagag Development Europe said it will invest over EUR 90 million in its first Bucharest project and the company’s largest residential project in Romania, H Pipera Lake. The project will feature 1,350 apartments (studios, 1 and 2 bedrooms) distributed in 17 blocks. More than 1,600 parking places will be available, as well as gardens for ground floor apartments.

This spring, the developer added two properties and a land of 3 hectares near Pipera forest following an investment of EUR 20 million. It plans additional investments of EUR 70 million in this area.

During Realty Forum 2018, around 200 industry professionals will get together for a half-day forum set to spot new opportunities and trends in the industry and act as a platform for new potential partnerships and unique networking opportunities.
