Avangate’s Bucharest office offers 45 new positions

Avangate (soon 2Checkout), the software company which recently acquired the global payments processor 2Checkout, will hire 45 specialist in the next two months for its Bucharest office.

Most of the positions target young professionals who want to specialize in risk analysis and anti-fraud systems management for online orders, technical support, financial and chargeback operations, as well as financial analysis and sales. There are also positions for IT specialists cu experience.

“We are looking for young, ambitious professionals, who know that the openness to an international market, a dynamic industry and interesting projects offer them the possibility of fast development and the development of some skills rare in the local market. We are also interested in growing internally the professionals that we need, by promoting our team mates. We have a promotion rate close to 20 percent in the last year,” said Madalina Teodorescu, HR director in Avangate.

2Checkout, together with Avangate, currently employ 260 at global level, out of which 70 percent work in its Romanian office and the rest in USA, Netherlands, UK and Russia.

“Although we are a multinational, we support the entrepreneurship spirit, creativity and innovation, both in relation with company’s clients and internally,” concludes Teodorescu.
