BNR gets a new managing board

Dinu Marin, Nicolae Danila, Virgil Stoenescu, Agnes Nagy and Napoelon Pop complete the line-up. The new board will run the Central Bank for a five-year mandate. The surprise move came with the election of politician Bogdan Olteanu, a member of the National Liberal Party (PNL), who is an MP and a member of the finance commission in Parliament. He was chosen over competitors Daniel Daianu and Lucian Croitoru.
