FIBA Commercial Properties, the developer behind Bucharest Mall, bought Turkey’s largest open air mall, Inegol Shopping Mall, increasing its portfolio to nine.
Located in the Marmara region, 45 kilometers away from Bursa, Inegol Shopping Mall covers a surface of 60,000 square meters in a total area of 70,000 square meters and offers 33,000 square meters of gross leasable area, hosting 77 stores and 1,000 parking spots.

Created in 1987 by Husnu M. Ozyegin, FIBA Group owns nine malls, as well as several office and residential buildings in several countries. Moreover, the group is involved in operations surrounding shopping malls in Turkey, China, Moldova and Romania, involving a leasable area of 500,000 square meters, but also over 850 brands and shops.
Anchor Group became a part of FIBA Group in 2005, after the latter purchased the majority stake of Anchor Retail Investments, owner of Anchor Group SA, whose portfolio included commercial centers Bucharest Mall and Plaza Romania.
