Carrefour Romania opens 49th supermarket this week

Carrefour Romania will open its second supermarket in Iasi this Wednesday. This is the fourth store opened by the French retailer since the beginning of the year.

The new supermarket is located on the grounds of the Hala Centrala shopping center covering 800 sqm and employing 60 people. It sells about 5,500 products out of which over 1,000 are Carrefour private labels.

Carrefour Romania has a total network of 49 supermarkets, 25 hypermarkets and 2 Carrefour Express proximity stores.
