Zoltan Teszari, the grey eminence in RCS&RDS, has diminished his direct participation in telecom operator RCS&RDS from 2.02 percent to 1.76 percent, according to information sent to the National Audio-visual Council by the company.
Currently, shareholders of RCS&RDS are Cable Communications Systems N.V. based in The Netherlands, with 88.540427 percent, RCS&RDS SA with 7.829878 percent, Teszari Zoltan with 1.768108 percent, 14 individual associates with 1.861539 percent and 2 associate companies, with 0.000048 percent, which were not nominated, writes Mediafax newswire.
On the other hand, Teszari is considered to be the person who holds the strings in the company, which he controls indirectly via Cable Communications Systems N.V.
The shareholders in Cable Communications Systems N.V. are: RCS Management SA (57.87 percent), Carpathian Cable Investment Limited (19.67 percent), Cable Communications Systems N.V. (8.75 percent), Celest Limited (Cyprus) (5.32 percent), Teszary Zoltan (4.60 percent), Oprea Alexandru (0.93 percent), ING Bank (0.68 percent), Tal Joshua Moses Almog (0.65 percent), G. Mag. Wurmbock (0.46 percent), Bendei Ioan (0.38 percent), Maftei Gheorghe (0.36 percent), Jordan Mariuma (0.34 percent).
The shareholders of RCS Management SA are Teszari Zoltan (59.23 percent), Bugarszki Sfetozar (7.23 percent), Schelean Nicusor Dorel (6.98 percent), Patap Mihai (5.31 percent), Docea Maria (4.56 percent), Bendei Ioan (4.51 percent), Maftei Gheorghe (4.51 percent), Schelean Dorina (3.02 percent), Cable Communications Systems N.V. (2.47 percent) and Sirian Traian Aurelian (2.18 percent).
Alexandru Oprea remains president of RCS&RDS, his term lasting until May 27, 2015.
Ovidiu Ghiman, who left in 2009 the company for competitor Romtelecom, as well as Valentin Popoviciu, currently business development manager in RCS&RDS, do no longer appear as shareholders.
