Commercial park Doraly opens new unit following EUR 2.7 mln investment

Doraly Expo Market, the wholesale commercial market specialized in house items and food products, will open on December 1 a new commercial pavilion- P8, with a surface of 5,280 square meters, as a result of an investment of EUR 2.7 million.

This is the second pavilion opened this year, the total investments from 2016, with the expansion and upgrade of the commercial park amounting to EUR 5 million.

The pavilion is placed in Doraly 2, with access to the main roads in the area.

The pavilion P8 is destined to non-food products ( electric installations, sanitary installations, household items, cosmetics etc) and has an occupancy rate of 87 percent, with 16 tenants.

There are already 29 pavilions in the portfolio of the commercial park, which has a surface of 260,000 sqm and owns 850 leasable areas. It hosts 550 producers, importers and distributors.
