Competition body authorizes take over by Immofinanz AG of office rental companies

The Competition Council has authorized the take over by Immofinanz AG of several home rental companies. According to the regulatory body, the move does not infringe competition laws on the Romanian market and does not lead to the creation or consolidation of a dominant position.

Immofinanz AG received the authorization to take over CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft, as well as 10 other Romanian companies, namely CA Immo Real Estate Management Romania SRL, Europolis Orhideea BC SRL, Europolis Sema Park SRL, Intermed Consulting & Management SRL, Opera Center One SRL, Opera Center Two SRL, TC Investments Arad SRL, BBP Leasing SRL, Victoria International Property SRL și K&K Investment SRL. CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaf is active in Romania on the office rentals market.

In Romania, the Immofinanz group comprises several companies specialized in office rentals, such as the Bucharest Corporate Center, Cora GS, Capri Trade, Global Trust, S-Park Offices, Italian-Romanian Industrial Development Enterprise — IRIDE SA, Immoeast Baneasa Airport Tower and Baneasa 6981 SRL. Immofinanz is listed on the Vienna and Warsaw stock exchanges.
