Crosspoint Real Estate integrates new valuations division

Crosspoint Real Estate expands its real estate consultancy skills by integrating Crosspoint Valuation.

The new valuation business line is led by Cosmin Grecu and is formed of specialists with an experience of over 10 years in the real estate market, functioning previously as CENTURY 21 Valuation.

Crosspoint Valuation is a corporate member of National Association of Authorized Valuators from Romania and three of the senior members of the team own the title of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

The new valuation division works with the owners of commercial properties, lands and residential properties, but also covers analysis and real estate studies, alongside project management and project monitoring services.

“In 2016, Crosspoint Real Estate has reached several goals that we set as a result of the local market from the last years. On the commercial segment, we developed the capacity of the lands, offices and retail, reaching a transactions volume of EUR 35 million since the beginning of the year,” said Codrin Matei, managing partner, Crosspoint Real Estate.
