Danya Cebus Rom works on three new projects in Bucharest and Brasov

The Romanian subsidiary of Danya Cebus LTD, Danya Cebus Rom, is currently working on three major real estate projects in Romania: AFI Tech Park, AFI Brasov and New Point in Pipera.

AFI Tech Park is a 37,000 square meters business park in Bucharest, while AFI Brasov aims to be a mixed scheme of shopping center and office building with a surface of 165,267 square meters. Meanwhile, the projected developed by Shinkun & Binui RED in Pipera, is a residential condominium that will have 272 apartments from a total of 408 in the first phase.

Danya Cebus Rom previously worked on other three projects: Timpuri Noi Square, Adora Urban and AFI Palace Cotroceni extension. All three of them are finalized.

Danya Cebus Rom is a subsidiary of Danya Cebus LTD, an active company in the construction field. These activities are centered in residential construction, infrastructure development, industrial design and others.
