Romanian DIY retailer Dedeman has invested EUR 14 million in a new store that will be opened on September 2 in Oradea, with the firm reaching 44 stores at national level.
„Oradea is situated at an equal distance from Vienna, Prague and Bucharest, in a strategic point for the commercial route that ensures the economic exchanges between the Western and Eastern Europe. Once the store is opened, we’ll be present in every representative city close to the Western border of Romania. There are good estimates of sales’ growth to the clients from the neighbouring countries, with the help of the new technologies, ” said Dragos Paval, Dedeman president.
The store has a sale surface of over 13,000 sqm and a greenhouse for garden articles of around 3,000 sqm.
