Dorel Nita, head of the real estate analysis division at Imobiliare.ro, will speak during the 17th edition of Realty Forum, the leading Romanian real estate event organized by Business Review on May 3 at Sheraton Bucharest Hotel.
The forum will bring together industry professionals and consultants alike to find out their take on how the market is evolving and their forecast on the segments promising the highest profits in 2018 and beyond that.
Data by Imobiliare.ro show that in the first month of 2018, the average asking prices for apartments available for sale, both new and old, continued to moderately grow, both nationally as well as in largest cities.
The imobiliare.ro index registered a 0.69 percent advance at the country level, from EUR 1,164/sqm (at the end of December 2017) to EUR 1,172/sqm.
The pricing for the stock of old apartments in large regional centers either remained flat or fell. Prices grew only in the case of new homes.
