Romanian firm Elis Pavaje has worked for the ParkLake shopping center under a RON 950,000 contract, providing pavement products and other parts for the external fences.
The products supplied by the firm covered a surface of around 18,000 sqm of the shopping mall.
“ParkLake is one of the biggest projects for which we supplied products this year,” said Emil Gota, general director of Elis Pavaje.
The mall has a gross leasable area of 70,000 sqm and includes over 200 stores, a multiplex cinema, and 23 restaurants in the food court area, a Carrefour hypermarket, a WorldClass club, playgrounds for kids, tennis courts, 2,450 parking spaces and an ice skate ring.
The center, developed by Portuguese Sonae Sierra and Irish Caelum, required a EUR 180 million investment.
