The British company Euroanswer is constantly expanding the local team from Galati ever since it launched operations there four years ago. Euroanswer’s Galati Delivery Center has added 80 seats recently and currently has 200 seats for technical support.

“We see people as our most important asset and the main factor driving our evolution, so we are constantly investing in expanding the team and its development. Adding 80 more seats in Galati comes as a natural step following the expansions of Euroanswer’s presence in Romania. In an ever-growing industry, Euroanswer stands out through professionalism, world-class services and a wide range of solutions to meet the needs of our customers. We strive for perfection in everything we do and quality always comes first, no matter the scale of the projects we’re taking part in,” said Paul Scanlon, the CEO of Euroanswer.

Euroanswer opened the Galati Delivery Center in 2012. Together with the Centers from Skopje (Macedonia) and Bucharest, the Galati Delivery Center plays an important role in the company’s development strategy on a regional level. Currently, Euroanswer’s Galati Delivery Center has five outsourcing projects in six languages: Romanian, English, Russian, Italian, French and Spanish.

Euroanswer was set up in 2004 as provider of Pan-European BPO & ITO services. Its headquartered is in Bucharest and has three delivery centers in Bucharest, Galati and Skopje that provide support in 25 languages to customers in more than 40 countries.
