In January, Floria Group expanded the portfolio of Floria in Strada flower shops by opening its first shop in a mall, in AFI Cotroceni. Covering 20 sqm, Floria AFI Cotroceni, which is a recreation of the brand’s Dorobanti concept store, is the result of an EUR 50,000 investment.
Works on the new sale point took six weeks. “The dedicated team, was created out of the need to standardize the aesthetic and technical norms, which must be respected for own stores and future stores of the Floria brand. This type of stores will be launched in the main shopping malls and commercial centers in Bucharest and in the country. The franchise project is part of the development plan of the Floria Group for the upcoming 2 years,” Andreea Uceanu, General Manager Floria network said.
Floria AFI Cotroceni is located at the shopping centre’s ground floor, in the vicinity of the skating rink and the food court area, which serves daily, alongside the mall’s clients, also around 8,000 employees of companies in the AFI Park office buildings.

With the new opening, we are diversifying the shopping offer in AFI Cotroceni and are managing to answer an extended range of needs and requests. In its first month of activity, Floria AFI Cotroceni clients receive a 15 percent discount on every purchase.
Floria AFI Cotroceni participates in the network’s project “Flori pentru acasa/Flowers for home,” which encourages clients to purchase cut flowers. The program hosted by flower shops in the Floria network on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
