Liviu Ion, 45, (pictured) will manage, starting this September, the center for market studies of Groupe Renault in Bucharest, which conducts market research in the Euromed region for all future Renault products.. Since 2008 he has been working as head of communication for the local division of the car manufacturer.
Prior to joining Automobile Dacia in 2004, Ion served as director for international economic conferences at Forum Invest. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Commerce of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and holds a PhD in economics.
Ion will be replaced by Anca Oreviceanu as the new executive director for communication. Also, Roxana Botezatu was appointed communication director for Renault Technologie Roumanie.
