Impact Developer & Contractor receive EUR 12 million investment from Credit Value Investments

Impact Developer&Contractor received an EUR 12 million investment from funds managed by Credit Value Investments (CVI), a Polish asset management company, the most active investor in the corporate segment in Central and Eastern Europe.

The investment has the purpose to accelerate Impact’s annual growth pace” Impact Developer&Contractor CEO Bartosz Puzdrowski said. „In practice, we will use this funding to continue to develop our current projects, but also to purchase new land and to develop new residential projects in the capital,” he said.

This is the first investment by Credit Value Investments in Romania, and, according to company representatives, the partnership with Impact reinforces its profile as a profitable and financially stable company.

We are proud that we can support Impact in their initiatives to contribute to the development of the real estate sector in Romania. From our point of view, this investment is a strategic commitment towards the Romanian market,” CVI’s Ciprian Nicolae.

Impact SA issued 120 Series A bearer bonds with a nominal value of EUR 12 million, which were purchased by funds managed by the CVI.

The deal was closed by the internal teams of CVI and Impact SA. CVI was assisted by the Bucharest and Warsaw offices of Wolf Theiss aș well as by the law practice Radulescu and Musoi, while Impact was assisted by PeliFilip and Linklaters Warsaw.
