Impact Hub, with the help of ING Bank, launches the most complex educational and access to finance platform for the Romanian entrepreneurial initiatives called Startarium.

Startarium.ro offers all the necessary resources for the launch and the development of a business. Starting from the three pillars of the projects – learning, testing and financing – the platform puts at the users’ disposal a full list of facilities, through the most important one being: a video bookshop, where the entrepreneurs can learn from experts about how the sustainable businesses are built, everything from different angles: legislation and contracts, sales and marketing, human resources, finances and more, such as inspirational interviews with a series of successful entrepreneurs such as: Wargha Enayati- the founder of the private health clinic chain Regina Maria, Dragos Petrescu- the founder of City Grill and Mihai Patrascu- the founder of evoMag.

The platform is also a personal lab under the shape of a working and collaboration place where the entrepreneurs can work at their business’ model alongside other partners, colleagues and friends.

The project’s launch marks the start of the entries for Startarium Pitch Day, an event that wants to become a point of reference in the entrepreneurial eco-system in Romania, offering the best start-ups in Romania the chance to compete for prizes in money in the total value of EUR 100,000, with the big prize in value of EUR 70,000. The event will take place on November 23 and it targets the start-ups that have operational for 1 to 3 years. The entries can be done on the website startarium.ro, until November 4.

“Startarium is part of the Impact Hub Romania’s vision of contributing to the local economy by supporting and raising new generations of entrepreneurs at a national level, and for this is needed that we are available anywhere they need,” said Vlad Craioveanu, CEO Impact Hub.
