InCity Residences fourth building reaches 10 pct occupancy rate

Premium residential project InCity Residences has a fourth building added to the complex and sales operations have been launched, owner Anchor Group announces.

The new building reaches 17 storeys and includes triplex units, bringing the total capacity of the compound to 500 apartments. The 129 in the new block have surfaces varying between 63 sqm and 265 sqm.

According to the developer, 10 percent of the units have already been sold, and apartments will be ready to live in this autumn. Prices go from EUR 1,050 per sqm without VAT.

The project was launched in 2009, with the first phase including three buildings totaling 373 living spaces.

Anchor Group is present on the Romanian market since 1997, its portfolio including retail spaces (Bucharest Mall, Plaza Romania), office buildings (Anchor Plaza) and residential projects (InCity Residences). The company has invested over EUR 350 million to date in Romania.
