Intersnack buys the Nutline brand from rival Alka Grup

German Intersnack bought the Nutline brand from Alka Grup, according to Ziarul Financiar following a transaction estimated at more than EUR 10 million.
The brand was created by Israeli businessman Amir Krenzia, owner of Alka Grup, the company which has a market share of  more than 50 percent of the local roasted seeds market.
Locally, Intersnack is one of the top players on the fried chips market with the Chio brand.
