Investment fund iFond Financial Romania starts trading on BVB

The Bucharest Stock Exchange BVB has announced the start of the public offer for units of the close-end investment fund iFond Financial Romania. The fund is administered by SAI Intercapital Investment Management. There are 10,000 fund units currently offered with the possibility of increasing this amount to 40,000 units. The nominal value is of RON 200 per unit while the sale price is of RON 202 per unit. The offer is available between July 22 and August 11.
