KMPG Timisoara will move its headquarters to the ISHO Offices building, Mulberry Development, the building’s developer, announced.

Mulberry Development signed a lease contract with KPMG, one of the global leaders in consulting for companies. From the new space, KPMG will serve its main customers in Timisoara and the region.

“We want to offer our employees, but also the clients, the experience of the most attractive work environment in Timisoara. We chose a modern office, in a space that combines pragmatism and prestige, two attributes that are 100 percent in line with our positioning as a leader on the international consultancy market and with the KPMG vision,” Daniela Strusevici, KPMG Timisoara coordinating partner said.

KPMG’s Timisoara team is active in audit, financial and business consultancy.

Located in the city centre, ISHO Offices are developing at a rapid pace so that in March the first building will be delivered. “We put up the foundation in less than six months since receiving the building permit. (…) The success of the concept we proposed – as all relevant lease contracts closed in the last half of the year in the region were attracted by ISHO – makes us take into account the development of the entire office project even faster than initially estimated. We are preparing intensely the start of the second phase we will put up for use within 12 months from the launch of the first stage,” Ovidiu Sandor, CEO Mulberry Development said.

Mulberry Development is conduction advanced talks with several companies that are already present in the city but also with other, which are looking to establish a presence in Timisoara.
