Retailer Lidl will expand its network in Romania with three new stores, in Calarasi, Piatra Neamt and Pitesti on April 13. Each of the three units will have a surface of over 1,000 square meters.
The retailer has created 60 new jobs following the launch of the new units.
The stores use advanced technologies in the constructions field. Together with Lidl’s headquarter in Bucharest that is under construction, and the recently opened logistic center in Lugoj, the process execution of the thre stores follow the durable property development trend.
Lidl is active in 27 European countries and has over 140 logistic centers and 215,000 employees.
