Novo Park expands the rental contract with Luxoft up to 2025. Currently Luxoft occupies 9,500 sqm of Novo Park.

The local subsidiary of Luxoft with the same name started its activity in Novo Park in 2017.

„Luxoft is one of the most important tenants of the business park Novo Park. We are honored about the trust they offered to us, choosing to remain our clients until at least 2025. The constant presence (18 years) of Luxoft in Novo Park confirms our group’ strategy to develop long-term relations with multinational companies that we collaborate with,” said Liviu Tudor, president and founder of Genesis Property.

„Luxoft continues the investments in Romania, choosing to expand the renting contracts of the office spaces from Novo Park until 2025. Luxoft is specialized in the software development solutions for clients from foreign countries, mainly in Western Europe in USA, that operate in different industries. The biggest project developed in Bucharest are in telecom, auto and financial.

Novo Park is one of the biggest business parks in Bucharest, developed by Genesis Property. The complex is formed of seven buildings with a total lettable area of 75,000 sqm of office spaces class A.

Genesis Property is a Romanian real estate company with an experience of over 15 years on the local market.
