Regina Maria, the private healthcare services operator, said that its turnover went up by almost 40 percent in 2016, to EUR 91 million.

The company registered the same increasing trend in the last years, posting two digit growth rates. At the same time Regina Maria keeps a dominant position on the medical services packages for companies, with a portfolio of almost 400,000 prevention packages, up by almost 20 percent compared with 2015 and by almost 10 percent over the budget target for the end of 2016.

For 2017, the Regina Maria network aims to increase its turnover by 30 percent, obtained mostly organically, but also through the acquisitions that the company plans this year.

„We believed since the beginning that a strategy based on quality will bring more results, a growth over the market average, by approximately four times higher, based firstly on an organic growth, but also on a thorough analysis of the investment opportunities. In the last year, Regina Maria was in the foreground of the most important market transactions, and in 2017 we’ll continue the expansion. We have an acquisition budget similar to last year and we analyze all the market opportunities with the highest openness,” said Fady Chreih, CEO of Regina Maria chain.

Regina Maria exceeded the figures foreseen for the last year on corporate segment and currently has in its portfolio 400,000 medical subscriptions for companies, which is almost 20 percent more than at the end of 2015.

„The objective of Regina Maria is to grow on the corporate segment by 15 percent in 2017,” added Chreih.

The company has currently over 3,500 employees and collaborators.
