Romania to contribute to the coalition against-ISIS with 50 soldiers

Romania will take part  in the 2016 the Global Coalition against-ISIS with at most 50 soldiers, says the Ministry of National Defence (MApN), after the Washington meeting of Defence and External Affairs ministers from all contributor countries.

“The soldiers will attend the activities of training and guidance of Iraq security forces, “ says MApN.

The minister of National Defence, Mihnea Motoc, attended on Wednesday and Thursday the Meeting of Contributor Countries to the Global Coalition against-ISIS , at the level of Defence ministries and External Affairs, led by US.

US and its confederates from the Coalition against-ISIS committed on Wednesday to fight against jihadist movement from Syria and Iraq and against the spread of Islamist attacks in the world.

The coalition had approximately 14,000 air attacks led by the US, in Syria and Iraq.
