Rustler Romania to expand its team with 10 pct up to 100 employees

Rustler Romania, Rustler Group branch – Austria, the provider of real estate services, with over 80 years of experience in Europe, aims to extend the local experts’ team with another 10 facility managers, thus reaching a number of 100 people managing projects at country level. This decision is based on the increasing number of properties in the company’ s portfolio, and also on the 40 percent increase of the business.

“Investing in people and knowledge is the key to also attract performance. That is why we believe in sustainable development and team development. We want to have a bigger team with up to 10 more people: maintenance engineer, qualified in office sector, and skilled technicians. Our domain is one where you can not afford to have unskilled employee, because the safety of hundreds of thousands of people depends on us, as well as investments of over EUR 800 million. Therefore, for each new team member, and not only, we provide training, qualifications and specific specialisation to increase productivity, efficiency, creativity, innovative spirit, assets that we can transform in a big increase on a long term,” said Daniel State, Managing Director of Rustler Romania.

The company chose to develop the recruitment process by using a mix of channels, from profile web sites, recommendations or specific demands of the owners, to collaborations with recruiting firms.

“Our future colleagues have to share the same human values, aspire to realistic professional ideals but also bold,” added State.

In the first half of this year, Rustler Romania has secured new contracts by offering Property and Facility Management services for approximately 100,000 sqm office buildings, for 100,000 sqm industrial and logistics sphere, with the consolidation of projects in the Western area of ​​the country, and also 85.000 sqm commercial centers.

For 2018, the company aims to extend the services for the properties for which they already provide Property and Facility Management services, extending the portfolio by adding new buildings and also signing contracts with new clients. This expansion is planned at both the capital and national level.
