Vascar gets recognition in major market survey

  Romanian cold meat and tins producer Vascar got recognition in major market behavior survey of consumers from FMCG area. This year the crude- dry sliced undercut from “Moldova in bucate” won the recognition “Product of the year 2017” in the category Meat products.

Within the contest “Product of the year” were awarded 18 categories. The prizes were given based on market researches on a sample of 6,000 persons at national level, aged between 18-54 years. The main criteria were the usage, design and packaging, but also the satisfaction level and the consumers’ lives improvement.

Vescar has more than 300 employees and owns a processing factory in Vaslui and 20 stores in Moldova.

In 2016 Vascar registered a turnover of approximately RON 68 million.

Vascar was set up in 1984 in Vaslui.
