Werk Property Group to finish its office project Timisoara by December

Werk Property Group will finish the office building Vox Technology Park of 35,000 sqm in Timisoara by December, said on Friday one of the developer’ shareholders, within a meeting with journalists.

Close so 54 percent of the project is already leased, with the value of the investment reaching EUR 27.5 million.

Werk Property Group shareholder, Virgil Tornoreanu, says he can select the customers and can have fair prices on rents if he offers quality. The future customers come from IT&C field.

Vox Technology Park will have several facilities such as commercial spaces, several conferences rooms, restaurant, cafeteria and a hanging terrace at the last floor, a fitness room and a parking space.

The developer says there is possibility of selling the office project.

„We have discussion for the take over of the project. We have a price for 85 percent of the rented project,” said Tornoreanu.

Werk Property Group is part of the Werk companies group, which invested and built over 800 apartments in Timisoara in the last years.
