The cold weather announces the ending of the autumn, which brings new events. These are our suggestions!

For guitar concerts lovers, Madalina Petre will play the guitar and sing at Serendipity tea house on November 18 starting 8:30 PM during the “No more blues” evening. Participants need to reserve their seats.

Another concert is the one held at Romanian Atheneum by the piano player Plamena Mangova on November 17 and 18 starting 7 PM. She will play in her own version one of the most famous classical songs, Concert no.1 by Ceaikovski. The director will be Boian Videnoff, the founder and artistic director of Mannheimer Philharmoniker.

Saturday evening is also the perfect time for theatre plays. On Godot Cafe Theatre the play “Freak Show” will take place from 6:30 PM, with Florin Piersic Jr. The play was awarded with a special prize during the Festival of Romanina Comedy on the 12th edition. The play was written by Piersic Jr and it’s a one-man-show, with him interpreting 13 characters.

A premiere will also take place on Saturday evening, with the theatre play “Still no, but it will be…”, at Elizabeta Theatre, a play directed by Serban Puiu. It is a remake after the play “Not now darling” of British drama writers, Ray Cooney and John Chapman, bringing on the stage Aurelian Temisan, Bogdan Stanoevici, Gabi Costin, Cosmin Selesi, Monica Davidescu, Alexandra Velniciuc, Vasile Calofir,  Stefan Velniciuc, Adela Marculescu, Mirela Stoian, Raluca Ghervan, Anca Dinicu, Teodora Pacurar, Valeria Stoian, Mihnea Nicolau and Daniel Nuta. It’s a comedy where the love plots bring comic situations.

On Sunday, from 10:45 PM, the concert of Suie Paparude will take place at Beraria H. For this event the reservation is not a must, as there won’t be tables and chairs prepared, however who wants to sit at a table can fill in a web form.
