Regus, global provider of flexible workplace solutions, has opened its eight location in Bucharest, located at Anchor Plaza, on Timisoara Bd.,  and is expanding in the western part of Bucharest.

Occupying 1258 square meters, the new site offers 53 fully furnished offices and a co-working space, already rented by a global management consulting and professional services company. The new location also offers virtual office services to book.

The demand for flexible workspace is growing in Bucharest as companies increasingly look to save money on lengthy leases and offer staff greater freedom in where and when they work. Bucharest is a key business hub in Romania and we are committed to enabling freelancers, persons who work remotely and small and medium companies, on the one hand, as well as large corporations to have a foothold in the city. The company’s activities comply with the global trend related to the growing demand for flexible space”, said Mrs. Ramona Iacob, country manager of Regus Romania.

The new facility is in close proximity of the main means of transport in Bucharest and has direct access to Plaza Shopping Mall.

In addition to its new center at Anchor Plaza, Regus operates seven other business centers in Bucharest, with a total of 12258 sqm. The client portfolio of Regus in Bucharest is mainly made of start-ups, local companies and corporate companies in  the IT&C, consultancy, telecom, travel industry, HR or e-commerce sectors.

According to the company, the benefits of choosing flexible offices solutions are all-inclusive pricing, the possibility of scaling up and customizing the office as needed – one doesn’t need to pay for more office space than needed, admin support – staffed reception helping with mail handling and call answering, virtual offices, lounges and meeting rooms included, as well as workplace recovery in case of calamities.
